How Helper Circle works

Two ways families come to trust you.

Helper Circle introduces helpers to families through one of two things. You only need one.

Employer Recommended

An employer recommends you.

A past or current employer is happy to recommend you, and is willing to speak with Helper Circle. This is our strongest signal.

Long-Term Family Retention

You stayed for years.

You worked many years with the same family. For example:

  • 4 years or more with one employer
  • One or more completed contracts with the same employer

Registering is free. It is not a job application, and it does not guarantee a profile or an introduction to a family.

Only your name, nationality and WhatsApp number are needed. Everything else is optional — share what you can.
